By accessing and using MetaRinse AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or web applications.

2. Permitted Use

MetaRinse AI is provided free of charge for lawful personal, artistic, and commercial use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right or authorization to modify and process any media files you input into the tool.

3. Service Disclaimer & Platform Policies

MetaRinse AI strips binary metadata tags (EXIF, GPS, IPTC, XMP, C2PA Content Credentials) and shifts perceptual hash signatures within file structures. However, we cannot and do not guarantee how any third-party platform (such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Etsy, or Google) will classify your files.

External platforms frequently change their internal visual AI classification models, perceptual algorithms, and terms of service. MetaRinse AI assumes no liability for content flagged, demonetized, or removed by third-party platforms.

4. As-Is Provision

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall MetaRinse AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
